Why WONDERLIFE Exists

In 2016, I was pulled into a machine and suffered a serious arm injury that forced me to slow down and rethink everything I thought I knew about recovery, pain, and rebuilding my body.

That experience started a long process of learning — not just about physical recovery, but about patience, consistency, and taking responsibility for the small decisions made every day. Along the way, I was introduced to structured wellness protocols, including peptide-based options that many people use as part of broader recovery and performance routines.

Over the years, I’ve also gone through my own body recomposition and significant weight loss. That process taught me that lasting change doesn’t come from pressure or extremes it comes from structure, consistency, movement, and patience.

Movement and physical challenge have been a major part of my life through building and operating Obstacle Wonderland, which also played a role in my own consistency and weight management.

What I Believe

Sustainable change doesn’t come from being pushed or shamed.
It comes from structure, movement, consistency, and support delivered quietly and respectfully.

This isn’t hype it’s structure. Patience. And smart decisions.
